We didn’t know but when we posted the stunning shot of Karen on Tuesday and when we asked her to be our Mother’s Day model, we didn’t realise it was her birthday! Happy birthday brilliant, beautiful, LUMINOUS woman!

But it couldn’t have been more perfect. Since the day we met her Karen has been nothing but caring and nurturing, not just in her passion and love that she gives to our skin when we see her for our treatments, or in the knowledge she gives when in the treatments but she genuinely cares for all those she meets and so who better to have for our Mother’s Day video model?

The love of my family. Feeling fit an healthy.

How do you back your own beauty? Eg. Exercise, water, meditation, works on self confidence…

Following my gut instincts. If it feels right, do it! Backing myself as much as I can. Looking after my mind & body is a priority!

What’s one product in your makeup bag you cant live without?

Three Things I cant live without! Concealer, Mascara & lipstick!

Why do use makeup?

It gives me confidence in enhancing what I already have!

If you have one piece advice to other women on how they can back their beauty what would it be?

Do one thing a day for yourself. It could be by drinking a green juice first thing morning or using a great vitamin A product on your skin daily! You need to invest in yourself on some level every day and repay yourself.

Best self is the goal always!
